A couple weeks back I traveled down to Las Cruces to go hike and take photos in the Organ mountains with two friends. Along the way I made a stop along the way for some petroglyphs. As the full moon rose and the sun started to set, my appreciation for this rock art grew. If you come across any petroglyph please respect it. Don’t deface or touch it in anyway. Once it is ruined, it’s ruined forever. These are from the Jornada Mogollon people between about 1000 and 1400 AD.
